    Are you associated with Jouer Hong Kong?

    Yes, we are a partner Jouer Hong Kong - until we have launched our own cake store in Hong kong, we are working closely with them to help them sell more of their wonderful cakes! On occasions you may receive boxes with their branding.

    Can I customize my cake?

    We do not offer customized cakes. You may check out our signature layered cakes.

    Is there any complimentary gift for my cake order?

    No, but please feel free to check out our wide variety of toppers options for your cake.
  • How much does delivery cost?

    Generally, all of our deliveries are free for all our customers. However, as we optimize our delivery routes there are some areas that are out of our delivery coverage and subject for an additional fee. 

    At what timings can I order?

    Shipping/ delivery time will be 12-2pm, 2-4pm or 4-7pm.

    Where can you deliver to?

    We deliver your order with care in Hong Kong, except for outlying islands, the airport, and restricted areas of Hong Kong.
  • Will my cake look exactly like those on the website?

    Product images may differ from the actual product as each cake is hand made to order.

    How long do my order stay fresh for?

    All food should be consumed within a day.

    Can I modify my order details?

    If there is any need for order modification, or delivery rescheduling, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Please understand, all orders are handmade, rescheduling is subject to availability of the new delivery date.

    What if the cakes that I have ordered turn up damaged?

    Please make sure to check the cake(s) upon collection or delivery as once the cakes have been delivered/collected we won't be able to take responsibility for any damage to the cake. If the cakes are indeed damaged at the point of delivery (the driver will usually be able to make an assessment), please let us know and we will make alternative arrangements for you.

    When should I place my order?

    We lovingly handcraft each of your orders, so please give us at least 1 days notice. Orders placed after 2pm will need an extra day. Please view the shipping details & options when checking out.

    Can I refund or cancel my order?

    Please be guided on our cancellation process
    Cancellation of Orders:
    - Orders that are cancelled no later than 48 hours before delivery will result in a full refund
    - Orders canceled between 12 and 48 hours before dispatch time with result in a 10% cancellation fee applied
    - Orders cancel within 12 hours before dispatch time, will result in a 50% refund only.
    *The dispatch time is defined as the earliest minute in a delivery time slot, for example 9-12pm counts 9am as dispatch time*.

    In case of black rainstorm or typhoon signal no.8 or above, delivery will be postponed. We will contact you to make new delivery arrangement.
